Manasi Salvi is an Indian Telivision and film actor who work in Hindi and Marathi languages, she was born on 19 Jan 1980 at Pune, Mahrashtra, India. She did her schooling from Holy Cross Convent High School and Masters from Vaze Kelkar College. She was married to Hemanth Prabu in 2005and this couple gave birth to a girl child and named her Omisha Prabhu, they got divorced in 2016.
Manasi made her debut with Television soap Aashirwad in the year 1998-2001 which was aired on Zee-TV, she played role of Preeti Choudhary in that serial, later after that she acted in Aahat and X Zone aired on Zee-TV in 1999, in 2000 she acted in Marathi Tv serial Abhalmaya, from 2001-2003 she acted in Kohi Apna Sa in which she played the character of Khushi for this she won Kalakar Award 2002 for Best Actress.
After that she appeared in most watched serial Son Pari in 2003, after that she appeared in many notable shows like Sati…Satya Ki Shakti, Asambhav (Marathi show aired on Zee Marathi), Pavitra Rishta, in 2012 she played role of Avantika in Pyaar Ka Dard Hai Meetha Meetha Pyaara Pyaara which made her more popular among the audience, along with serials she acted in many films.
She made her debut with Aai Shappath in 2006 in which she played role of Gargi Devki Desai. She also acted in movies like Sadarakshanaay (2011), Khel Mandala (2001) and Asa Mee Ashi Tee (2013), her latest project is Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin aired on Star Plus. She also appeared in many commercial TV advertisements like vim bar and many.
